CLARRY JACOBS, Vice - principal

“About eighty five students, five parents and six teachers left Elridgeville at 6 AM embarking to Punta Gorda on a walkathon.  The objective of this walkathon is to raise money for the new building that we’re getting or the rehabilitative building that is being sponsored by SIF and UNDP.  From this walkathon we’ve raised so far about $1,700 and we have children here with pledge forms, standard six children with pledge form so we’re asking parents and other people that would like to contribute towards the purchase of furniture for this building.  So please help St. Peter Claver School.  On behalf of St. Peter Claver School, we want to thank all of our sponsors.  We had Ramiro’s Charter that provided the bus to take up the children, thank you so much.  Mr. Arthur Johnson, from Toldeo Distributors Coca-Cola, thank you for the water.  Ariani’s Ice-cream and Ideal, for the ideal.  We had parents who donated journey cakes for the children, Mrs. Hines and Mrs. Sanchez, thank you very much and I would like to say thank you Love FM for making the country and the world know about what St. Peter Claver School is doing, thanks so much.”
