Two motor vehicles have been reported stolen in Belize City.  The first belongs to forty six year old Assistant Architect Kenneth Cadle.  Cadle says that his 2002 Isuzu Rodeo was parked on Pine Street on Monday night and that it was stolen sometime between nine thirty on Monday night and four thirty on Tuesday morning.  The stolen Isuzu Rodeo is silver in color and valued at seventeen thousand dollars.  In the second incident, forty five year old Digna Arias who lives on Clifton Betson Street in the Belama Phase Two area reported that her Mazda car was stolen from in front of her house sometime between Monday morning and Tuesday.  The stolen Mazda car is valued at five thousand dollars.  Police are investigating both of these stolen vehicles case.

An argument among co-workers in Ladyville on Saturday night resulted in a stabbing incident.  The victim has been identified as twenty five year old Luis Rivera.  According to police reports, Rivera and two of his coworkers were socializing at a bar on the Old Airport Road in Ladyville, when an argument erupted between himself and a man identified as Harry Robinson.  Rivera says that when they came out of the bar, Robinson attacked him with a knife, stabbing him to the left side of his chest.  Police have since arrested and charged forty year old Harry Robinson for the crime of grievous harm.

A teacher from Belmopan has reported that her home was burglarized on Tuesday while she was at work.  Juanita Pott told police that sometime between seen forty five yesterday morning and three forty five in the afternoon, someone broke into her house in the Piccini area of the nation’s capital and stole and assortment of jewelry, household and electrical items all to a total value of fourteen thousand dollars.  Police investigations continue.
