HONORARY CONSEL TO GERMANY PRESENTS MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS TO GOVERNOR GENERAL

Honorary Consul for Germany Arsenio Burgos today presented Governor General Sir Colville Young with a consignment of instruments from Germany to be used in the music in schools programme.He expressed his great pleasure at being able to contribute to such a worthy cause while furthering friendship and cooperation between Belize and Germany.He thanked Grace Kennedy Belize for transporting the instruments from Kingston, Jamaica to Belize.The Governor General thanked the Embassy and Consulate of Germany and expressed hope that today’s donation would be followed by many similar offers.The handing over took place at Belize House in Belmopan.
