In terms of customer relation it continues the public officer is doing those reviews right now they are looking at the Labor Department, they are looking at the Fire Department and so on, and they are preparing there reports and base on the reports we will know whether or not the training was a success or not if they learn what they did in terms of the outputs. And similar in professional writing you will need this on going exercise you can’t evaluate and at this point stop and say we have learnt, its an on going activity and we need to continue the training.” Morris says there are more training planned for the next few months as the financial year comes to a close. Raymond Morris: “We are coming to the end of the financial year so in terms of our human capital development and training it is coming to a close, now come to the new financial year we will embark on similar and also other areas to be identified as public officers. We are looking at change management which we call different management training for public officers hopefully once the fund is approved then we can start to implement.” Raymond Morris of the Governance Unit.
