MINISTRY OF LABOUR TO MEET WITH EMPLOYEES OF COMMERCIAL FREE ZONE

A meeting will take place tomorrow evening between the Ministry of Labour and employees of the Commercial Free Zone.The purpose of the discussion is to make the employees more aware about laws, regulations, policy and procedures that are pertinent to labour, immigration, and social security. Personnel from the Labour, Immigration & National Departments and the Belize Social Security Board will make presentations.The meeting follows a series of forums that the Ministry of Labour held last month for employers of the Commercial Free Zone.Tomorrow’s meeting will start at six-30 at the Torre Royale in front of the Social Security Board.
