UNIVERSITIES TO OFFER DOCTORAL STUDIES

Recently we reported that the University of Belize along with Nova Southeastern University would be offering doctoral studies in Education in Belize. With agreements signed and sealed the offering of the program will be officially launched tomorrow. UB’s Dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts, Doctor Vilma Joseph gives details of the events.

“During the launching we will have Ministry Officials as well as the University Community from Nova Southeastern University and the University of Belize and our prospected candidates for the programme. At that time there will also be the announcement of the start of the other programme however presently what I can say is that the programme will begin in May but they exact date will be announced sometime after the launching.”

Dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts at the University of Belize, Doctor Vilma Joseph. Joseph says that since the program will start in May prospective students have sufficient time to prepare themselves for the program.
