BUS ROBBED BY TWO DARK SKINNED MEN

Police are looking for two men who reportedly robbed a bus yesterday evening. 20-year-old Keran Rocke reported to Police that he was working on a National Transport Bus from Benque Viejo en route to Belize City. Rocke said at mile 8 the bus stopped and picked up two dark skinned men. He said when the bus reached the junction with Faber’s Road the men indicated they wanted to get off. Rocke said before the men got off the bus, one of them took out what appeared to be a firearm and pointed it at the driver and himself. The man then took a black purse containing $300 in cash and a small package for Scotia Bank. The men made good their escape. Police are investigating.
