18 YEAR OLD ENRIQUE ALVAREZ RECUPERATES FROM GUNSHOT WOUNDS AT THE KHMH

18-year-old Enrique Alvarez of a Curl Thompson Street address is recuperating at the Karl Huesner Memorial Hospital after receiving gunshots wounds to the abdomen and left leg.  The shooting occurred last night, around seven, at the corner of Curl Thompson and Man of War Streets in Belize City.  Police say their initial investigations reveal Alvarez was standing at the corner of both streets when a man rode up on a bicycle and pulled out a firearm and fired several shots.  Alvarez says he was able to identify the man who shot him.  Police are seeking one person in connection with last night’s shooting.
