BUSINESSMAN STABBED IN ROBBERY IN ORANGE WALK

A businessman from OrangeWalkTown was stabbed this morning sometime after 10 o’clock. Love News spoke with Inspector Selwyn Tillett.

“This morning there was a report of a robbery happening at Cyber Walk here in Orange Walk. Quick response by Police led to the detention of one gentleman Bennett from CorozalTown. We understand that the owner of Cyber Walk received a stab wound, not life threatening. At this moment Police are looking for a second person that is said to be involved in this robbery. We have the knife that was allegedly used to stab Mr. Avila.”

Inspector Tillett says at this time they cannot say what was stolen.
