HELPAGE BELMOPAN HAS NEW EXECUTIVES

Evan Dakers is the Chairman of the Help Age Belmopan. Dakers is a part of a new executive for the organization that was elected as part of its annual general meeting. Other members of the executive are Vice Chairman John Carr, Secretary Michael Usher and Treasurer Justo Castillo. Guest speakers at the A.G.M. were C.E.O. in the Ministry of Human Development and Social Transformation Judith Alpuche and President of Helpage Belize Elias Awe.  The meeting was the first event to be held at the HazelHutchinsonBuilding. The building that will soon be inaugurated will serve as the focal point for a number of programs serving the senior citizens of Belmopan and neighboring communities. It will include a day care center, a residential center and a meeting place for activities organized by help Age Belmopan.
