Workshop Training for Data Collection, Analysis & Integrated Assessment of climate, land, energy, and water

The Ministry of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management through the National Climate Change Office and the Department of Environment is hosting a capacity-building course on energy data collection, analysis and integrated assessment of climate, land, energy, and water. The training is geared toward strengthening national capacities and developing sustainable energy independence. Today was the third day of the workshop and Love News spoke with the Advisor for Sustainable Development Strategies with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Thomas Alfstad, who told us more.

Climate Change Officer at National Climate Change Office, Johanna Noble, says so far the discussions have been fruitful and they are hoping by the end of the workshop, participants will be better versed in energy data collection and analysis.

The workshop will be concluding on Friday, October 21.
