Belize is hosting the 2023 Annual Joint Meeting on Restoring Degraded Lands in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is being hosted through The Ministry of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre and the World Research Institute. It’s to discuss and analyze the challenges and promote the advancements in private and public sector investment in the restoration of degraded lands. Reporter, Giovanna Moguel has the story.
