Chester Vs Oj Continues

Police Commissioner Chester Williams was also asked for his views on the Alicia Trapp case. Love News reported that while her case has not yet gone to trial, the Government has now hired attorneys from Barrow & Company to represent the Commissioner of Police, the Police Department and the Attorney General. The ComPol said that while GOB can hire who they wish, Trapp’s attorney does not have a good record of success.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police: “The government is free to hire whoever they want to hire to defend a claim. At the end of the day what we need to understand is that the Police Department, the BDF and the Coast Guard are disciplined forces. The constitution makes provision and clearly states that nothing done by any of these disciplinary forces to ensure that discipline is maintained within these forces is to be deemed unconstitutional so as long as it’s done reasonably. So I don’t have time to be back and forthing with Orson. As I’ve said before look at its records and when he has a winning record as a matter of fact I can tell you the first claim he filed was improperly filed, he used the wrong claim form start out from there.”

As for the case against Trapp, who the Police Department says violated its social media policy, it has not yet gone to court.
