Love FM Celebrates Thirty Years

Love FM today turned thirty years, thirty years of serving the country and its people. Being a household name, Love FM has been on the air for three decades. Throughout those three decades, we’ve kept you company 24/7. Whether it is a natural disaster, elections or breaking news, Love FM has and will continue to remain by your side. This station was founded in 1993 as a small private radio which eventually propelled into a nationwide entity, providing Belize and listeners overseas with in-depth coverage of current events occurring in the country. All this was made possible by owner and founder, Dr. Rene Villanueva Sr. and the committed staff at Love FM. Taking a look back at LOVE FM’s growth is reporter Vejea Alvarez.
