The price you pay for LPG – the gas you cook with – has seen another reduction in price. The Supplies Control Unit in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise says that the decrease is about 20 cents. That drop in the price is now in effect. The import wholesale price everywhere is $4.26 per gallon. The retail prices in the villages are $1.36 per pound or $5.96 per gallon. In the cities and towns, the retail price is $1.34 per pound or $5.86 per gallon. The price adjustment reflects a decrease in the acquisition price of butane.
