Making Workplaces Safe Spaces

The realities of life can be consuming. For many of us, the challenges faced outside of the office impact our performance on the job sometimes. That’s why our newsroom has decided to speak to professionals about how working people can address challenges associated with mental health. Specifically, we sought answers on how businesses can create safe spaces for their employees to manage these challenges. The Ministry of Health and Wellness’s Mental Health Coordinator, Nurse Iveth Quintanilla offered these recommendations.
