Opposition Leader Questions Minister Requena’s Responsibility in Hit-and-Run Incident

Leader of the Opposition is asking whether Minister Oscar Requena will be handing himself into Police after leaving an accident scene he was involved in.  The question was posed to Police Minister, Kareem Musa who provided a thorough explanation.
