Park ranger loses his life in an incident in Payne’s Creek

Tonight, the family and friends of Norman Andrew Williams are mourning his passing. Williams, a park ranger for the Toledo Institute for Development and Environment (TIDE), died after his ATV capsized in Payne’s Creek National Park in the southernmost district. As Senior Correspondent Paul Mahung explains, his death is a great loss for the environmental community as well.
