PM Briceño speaks on newly installed People’s Constitution Commission

Prime Minister John Briceño’s government is hoping that the constitutional reform process will result in the laws of the land will be able to guide a transparent, responsible, responsive and progressive government. Now that the process of dialogue in arriving at those reforms has begun, the PM was yesterday asked for his views on the time frame which the People’s Constitution Commission has to be working with. He responded to concerns over whether the commission’s 18-month mandate is enough.
