Police Officer Charged with Sexual Assault of Colleague; Granted Bail in Court Hearing

Tonight, a cop is out on bail after being accused of sexually assaulting one of his colleagues while on the job. On March 30, 37-year-old, Brijilio Ack was on duty when he allegedly made unwanted sexual advances on a female officer. The cop reported the incident and says Ack touched her breast and attempted to kiss her on the neck, despite being told to stop twice. The officer reported the incident, Ack criminally charged with one count of sexual assault and taken to court today. In court, Ack pled not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of three thousand dollars. Ack was ordered to not interfere with the virtual complainant or any of her family members. He returns to court on July 10 and is to stay a hundred feet away from the complainant.
