Police Officer Shot to the Head

Tonight a police officer is on life support after she was shot to the head last night. Police Constable Lorray Arzu underwent brain surgery at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital after being shot in Dangriga Town. PC Arzu was in a car with 45-year-old Lionel Rowland when the shooter fired bullets in Rowland’s direction. Rowland was shot several times and is currently at the KHMH receiving treatment. Investigators do not believe that PC Arzu was the target. They believe that she was collateral damage. A manhunt is underway to find the suspect shooter. Hipolito Novelo reports.
