Ramnaraces laid to rest today in their hometown of Belmopan

Jon, Vivian and David Ramnarace have been laid to rest today in the nation’s capital, Belmopan. Jon and his younger brother, David were shot and killed on December 31 and died that very night. Jon’s wife, Vivian died from the injuries she sustained about two weeks after the violence, which shook the Belmopan community. At the service today on Hilltop, the three of them were remembered as great friends, impactful community members and proud Belmopanese. 

The investigations into their murders and the shooting, which Yemi Alberto survived, continues. Jon and Vivian leave behind their daughter, Kait-Lynn.
