Seven Hundred Children to Receive Toys Through Toy Drive

Positive Youths Organization will be hosting a toy drive around Belize City in the coming weeks. The group is aiming to cater to about seen hundred children, focusing primarily on children with disabilities. A representative from the organization, Joshua Gillett, says they are hoping that by having the children engage in positive activities, they can get rid of the stigma placed on communities on the south side.

Gillett says that while they welcome any donation from the public, they prefer that it be in the form of toys or food items. Anyone willing to donate can contact him at 620-2859.
