Teen busted with unlicensed firearm hours in Roaring Creek hours after deadly shooting

Only hours after a minor was gunned down in Roaring Creek Village a teenager was busted with an unlicensed firearm. Around 6:20 last night, police patrolling in the village noticed three men running toward the river and saw one of them throwing a black object on the side of the road. Police apprehended the suspect and escorted him to the area where they found a .38 revolver that contained four live rounds of ammunition. The man was identified as an 18-year-old resident of the village. The teen remains in police custody and is expected to be charged for “kept unlicensed firearm”.
