The Benny’s Belize Hurricanes say they are coming for it all!

The Belize Elite Basketball League has kicked off and the Benny’s Belize Hurricanes say they are gunning for the title. Today, the two-time champions held a press conference at their home court, the Belize City Center Centre, where they introduced their twelve players along with the coaching and management staff. The team is hoping to dominate its competitors and provide wholesome entertainment to the Belizean Public. Head Coach, Jamal Wagner, explained that the team took advantage of a change in the rules which resulted in a talent-stacked roster. 

Kris Frazier, one of the players, explained that as professional athletes they serve as role models to the community. He says that his message to the nation’s youth is to strive for greatness.
