Three GOB Departments participated in a survey

Meanwhile, CEO Zetina says that a survey of three government departments was conducted. He says that this was necessary to ensure maximum efficiency.

Rolando Zetina, CEO, Ministry of Public Service: “Recently we had a survey. We did a survey and we did a survey on three ministries; our ministry, the ministry of Natural Resources, Immigration, Department of Vital Statistics where we get the most complaints from the public. We got the results. We’re currently working with our customer service department in the ministry to see how we can confront the many complaints that the public has. We are at the point where a proposal has been submitted but you know everything takes money and we are trying to include it in our budget for next year so hopefully by next year we start with the implementation first of a contact centre, a contact centre where people will be able to call and get the information they need.”
