The twenty-seventh annual Miss Y Pageant was held over the weekend. Six contestants participated in the competition geared at celebrating seenagers. The contestants were judged by their talent, formal wear, and the gift of gab. Reporter, Giovanna Moguel spoke with this year’s winner, Carolyn Clarke on how she feels about the win.
